Biography

Witold (Victor) Szudejko joined KATZEN in 1998. Since that time, he has been involved in all phases of project development. Victor’s primary field of concentration has been in motor fuel, industrial, and potable grades of ethanol production; and, as an accomplished mechanical engineer, he has paralleled that same expertise in the chemical process field as well. Victor’s experience includes process simulation, flowsheet development, equipment design, P&ID preparation, instrument specification, pump design, detail piping design and economic analyses of plants. Victor leads commissioning and start-up efforts worldwide and seamlessly transcends different cultures while managing international projects.

Prior to his employment at KATZEN, Victor was employed by Enterprise of Fermentation Industry “AKWAWIT” in Lezno, Poland as the operations and project manager of the Lactic Acid Department, where he managed a variety of chemical process projects. Victor was also employed by the ED&F Man Company in the United Kingdom, where he was the operations manager in the company’s Alcohol Division. There, he was responsible for design and supervision of ethanol plants in Jamaica, Poland, and other projects worldwide.
